Preen is a salon and barbershop booking service operated by Bharosha Chat, based at Vadodara, Gujarat, India (GSTIN 24BJJPT4318M1ZE). In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Preen” mean Bharosha Chat. By using Preen, you agree to these terms.

Preen is a platform that connects customers with salons and barbershops (“salons”) and lets customers book appointments. When you book, your appointment is an agreement between you and the salon. The salon is responsible for the services it provides.

We show slot availability, prices and details as given to us by each salon. We try to keep this accurate but cannot guarantee it is always complete or error-free.

• A booking is confirmed the moment you tap confirm; no salon approval is needed.
• You verify your phone number by WhatsApp OTP at the confirmation step. You must give a number you control.
• You can change or cancel a booking up to the time allowed in the app. Please be on time; the salon may not be able to hold a chair if you are late.
• If a salon does not respond to your booking in time, we will let you know and suggest nearby salons with a free chair.

Customers pay salons directly for services — in cash, by card, or by scanning the salon’s own UPI QR. Preen does not receive, collect or hold payments for salon services. Any bill, GST invoice or refund for a service is between you and the salon.

Salons pay Preen a subscription to use the service. Those subscription charges, and the taxes on them, are the only payments made to Bharosha Chat. GST is charged on subscription fees at the applicable rate. See the Refund and cancellation policy for subscription payments.

• Use Preen only for genuine bookings and lawful purposes.
• Give accurate information, including a working phone number.
• Do not misuse, disrupt, copy or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.

Preen provides the booking platform “as is”. We are not responsible for the quality, safety or outcome of services provided by a salon, or for a salon cancelling, delaying or being unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for use of the platform is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Preen after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat.
